Rising Leaders Academy operates as a hybrid homeschool support program.

This model allows families to remain in control of their child’s education while receiving structured support and guidance.
Core Hybrid Program
Rising Leaders Academy provides a structured weekly program where students receive academic instruction, leadership training, and hands-on learning as part of their home education.
Students attend three days per week in a consistent, in-person environment designed to build discipline, confidence, and real-world skills.
Students are expected to follow program guidelines, including attendance, participation, and uniform requirements.

Daily Learning Structure
Each day at Rising Leaders Academy follows a structured schedule designed to support academic progress, leadership development, and real-world application.
Students engage in a balanced learning environment that includes:
Spiritual Foundation (Daily Devotion)
Each day begins with Scripture, prayer, and identity-based teaching, establishing a foundation for character, decision-making, and personal growth.
Core Academic Instruction
Students receive focused instruction in Math, English Language Arts, Science, and History, with built-in support, reinforcement, and accountability to ensure comprehension and progress.
Leadership & Communication Development
Through guided instruction and real-world scenarios, students develop critical thinking, communication skills, responsibility, and confidence in leadership.
Entrepreneurship & Applied Learning
Students learn to develop ideas, solve problems, and execute projects while building skills in financial literacy, marketing, and strategic thinking.
Project-Based & Collaborative Learning
Students apply concepts through hands-on projects, group collaboration, and real-world problem-solving experiences.
Physical Activity & Wellness
Structured movement and physical activity are incorporated to support focus, discipline, and overall well-being.
Beyond the Classroom
Students are not just learning—they are applying.
- Guest expert speakers and mentors
- Opportunities to create real initiatives and projects
- Presenting ideas and solutions in real environments (including local leadership settings such as city council)
- Community-based learning and service experiences
Students are challenged to think beyond themselves, take ownership, and become leaders who create impact.
Extended Learning Opportunities
Enrichment Program*
Structured extended hours for students who need additional time, support, or continued engagement.
Monday-Wednesday 2PM - 5:30PM
Impact Thursdays*
A full-day optional program focused on:
- Community projects
- Leadership development
- Field experiences
- Applied learning outside the classroom
Thursdays 9AM - 5:30PM
*Pending expansion opportunities. Not included in tuition.
Personalized Learning & Support Program
This program is available for students who receive the Step Up for Students Unique Abilities (UA) Scholarship or who require additional individualized support in specific academic areas.
It is designed to provide structured, personalized assistance for students who benefit from targeted instruction, modified learning approaches, or one-on-one support.
Services may include:
- Student learning assessments to identify academic levels and support needs
- Curriculum modifications and accommodations
- One-on-one or small group academic support
- Personalized learning plans and progress monitoring
